The whole staff at McDonald Volkswagen went above and beyond to get me in a car I was happy with. Some unique circumstances I had took up a lot more of their time than with most other sales, but every person in the sales loop showed a great degree of patience, understanding, and encouraged me to take my time to find the exact car I wanted. I didn't feel pressured, and I left with confidence that I was correct to trust them. My only suggestion would be that they might do a quick run down of all the equipment with the buyer to ensure the car has everything he/she wanted. People purchase cars very infrequently, so the choices presented can get a bit overwhelming, especially after a long day of searching. That's a minor issue, though. I couldn't see myself going anywhere else to buy a new or used car! I am so thrilled with the Passat I bought, and the 2 sets of floor mats, road emergency kit, and cargo accessories was a nice touch to throw in with the purchase. Not to mention the SIX year, 72 MONTH warranty is the best in the business!

Bryn was exceptionally professional, polite, informative, knowledgeable, and was a fast pace worker. I was greatful for the amount i recived on my trade in and the price i purchased my new gti for. Over all was a great experience.

James and Carlos were exceptional! The first time I called another service advisor at this dealership was so flippant and immediately said “No, we are not taking appointments until the 23rd you cannot brng in your car”. I explained to this other man who was short on soulutions and long on attitude that my engine light went in and I am unable to drive may car and need to bring it it. He then respond with “ I don’t know what to tell you”. Really?!?! So I contacted Carlos and he said to contact James and my car was in the next day! That is truly amazing customer service and why I continue come back to this dealership! -Nancy Radu

John and John were both outstanding in their service! Very nowledgeable and helpful. Love the video that’s sent! We really appreciated the communication and updates from John, our service advisor. Our cat was towed in and we greatly appreciated his reaching out to us the morning it was received.
