McDonald dealerships never disappoint. My recent experience at Volkswagen was no exception. Sara was friendly, professional, and communicated with me each step of the way. They finished the work on my car quickly, and took care of a few issues I had outside of my regularly scheduled service. I will only purchase cars from McDonald- I know this level of service is standard, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
I went to McDonald to get a rear view mirror installed on my vehicle. Everything was so easy right from the start like Setting up the appointment, and ordering the part. Brad in the service department offered me a Lyft back to work at no charge while they worked on my car. The work was completed super fast and was high quality. Pick up was a breeze and The customer service was outstanding. This is how a dealer should treat their customers. I would return to them again without a second thought.
Our annual service went smoothly, starting with the phone call scheduling, in person check in, service, reasonable pricing and followed up with a nice surprise - car was washed and vacuumed. Felt like we'd bought a new car again!

The entire process was super easy. I was able to shop online, and do all communication through phone calls, text messages and emails. I live about 4.5 hours away and work a lot.
