This dealership is definitely not following the CDC...
This dealership is definitely not following the CDC guidelines for mask wearing and social distancing. While inside the dealership, I observed many employees not wearing masks. The worst was the finance manager, Bernard. He was wearing a neck gator (not a CDC approved face covering) that was not covering his nose while working with us in a small enclosed office. Our sales person, Michael Barnett, was OK. We were simply buying out our lease so the process should have been quick and efficient. I even submitted all the paperwork for the financing ahead of time online. However, it still took over 2-hours to get through the process. I do not envision ever returning to this dealership nor recommending others to go here.

Great Experience with Scott McGrew and Bernard
Overall the experience was incredible. Scott texted me and we agreed on a price. I asked him to have all the paperwork prepared so that the experience was not long. Typically when I've boughten cars in the past, there is so much waiting and little customer service. It's a dance to get the price approved and all the other hurdles you have to jump over... This experience was different from the start. Scott was direct and kind. He did what he said on the price. There was not game. I arrived to see the car being detailed. The paperwork was complete. There were no difficulties whatsoever. I'm grateful. I bought this car for my daughter and wanted it to be a good first experience and memory. Thank you Scott and Bernard. You were extremely professional, personable, and attentive to what I was asking for. Best car buying experience I've had.
