My service rep, Chris, was very helpful on my last visit. He kept me updated with diagnostic videos and made suggestions for repairs that were all reasonable. Finding parts for my Volkswagen has been increasingly challenging the last couple of years, but he was able to track down what I needed. My mechanic, Nick, was familiar with my older model vehicle and did a great job troubleshooting and fixing my car.
Took advantage of a lease special on a new ID4. Very happy with the deal and the process. Beautiful new dealership with a quick serve cafe and free drinks (not just water). It's the little things that make the difference. It was a pleasure to work with Tanner!!

You really need to change the verbiage on your website. An appointment means I am setting up a specific time for repair. It should not be a time to begin waiting until my car can get repaired. Very misleading
