Tim Green was the sales person I worked with. He was very helpful in person and responsive to my phone calls with questions or concerns. I had the windows tinted before getting my car, and he ensured that they were done properly before delivery to me. (Apparently there was a concern with how they were initially tinted and so he had them re-done.) Tim made my car buying experience comfortable and efficient, and I would recommend anyone I know to go directly to him.

The day we bought the VW, we had actually left a Toyota dealer, where we went with intentions to buy a car that morning, due to extremely poor service. Walking in and being greeted by Geoff was like the polar opposite: he was friendly, courteous, and respectful. He listened to what we were looking for, even when we really didn't know ourselves at that point (since we thought we were buying a Rav4).
Working with Geoff, and later Tim, was a wonderfully refreshing experience - the two are absolutely fantastic when it comes to customer service.
I work for The Denver Hospice - a job where all 350 + employees drive for a living to serve our patients -- I have not let an opportunity pass to praise your dealership to my co-workers!

To the Service Manager or other superior for McDonald Volkswagen Service Dept...
I need to tell you what an amazing group of people you have working in your department, especially as Service Consultants. I have owned a VW since 2005, and for most of that time have been coming to McDonald Volkswagen to have it serviced. I have always enjoyed my experience there and always felt like I was treated with respect and as a friend instead of just a customer. Everyone I have ever worked with has been an excellent asset to your team, and I thought it appropriate to let you know.
To make this even more important for me now, I recently moved to California for grad school. I had to service my Volkswagen there this spring and found that the Volkswagen shop I went to wasn't nearly as good of an experience as going to McDonald Volkswagen when I lived in Littleton. This weekend I am moving from California to Chicago for the summer and was planning a stop in Denver to visit friends, etc. over the weekend. I decided to wait and have my car serviced half-way through my road trip so I could take it to McDonald Volkswagen.
Thank you to you and those I have worked with in the present and in the past (over the past 4 or 5 years now) for providing great service to your customers. Thank you to my service consultants for being people that I feel like I can trust to tell me the truth about whether I really need to get something done on my car or not. Thanks to them for saving me money by giving me coupons to use (like Ryan Reynolds did yesterday). Thanks to them for their great attitudes, and the positive atomsphere I can feel as a customer when I walk in. Thanks to them for not only being great at their jobs, but for caring about the people they work with. Thanks to them for going the extra mile (especially Keith Florian who told me to call him when I have to go to another Volkswagen shop and have my car serviced and have no idea what they are talking about). My thanks specifically extends to Keith and Ryan.
I can't say thank you enough. Now that I no longer live in Colorado, I hope it works out with my mileage to stop by Mcdnald Volkswagen whenever I am in the area. Believe it or not, your shop is one of the things I miss about living in Littleton.
