The personal at McDonald Volkswagen are extremely warm and welcoming.
I just moved to Denver and needed a VW dealership to keep up service on my 2009 EOS. I called around to all the VW dealers. McDonald VW sounded most enthusiastic and welcoming over the phone.
I have had my EOS serviced twice by McDonald VW and each time everyone talked to me as if I was their only customer. They took the time needed to address any and all my concerns. Todd (vw consultant) called me with updates regularly. Eric (mechanic) even went for a drive with me after my car was serviced to discuss and resolve issue that were a concern to me.
I love a business that doesn't talk down to woman but to woman.
McDonald VW is definitely a quality business that goes above and beyond expectations.

Jon Wheeler was exceptional. His knowledge about the car was amazing. As we continued our search for cars, we felt we knew more about this car than other salesmen at other dealerships. We continued to compare this car to other cars as well and eventually decided on the Tiguan. Jon definitely was the one that brought us back to McDonald VW. He made this deal happen.We also were very happy with Mike and Greg in the finance office. They were extremely accommodating and helped us to achieve our goal. Jason on the other hand was not! We most likely would consider using your dealership in the future.
